Basement Magic® is the basement remodeling division of Dry Basement™ HousehHolder® Systems, founded in 1975 by Otto W. Fleck. We are comitted to creating an enjoyable living space for your family, and 100% satisfaction.

Because of our many years of experience in Waterproofing Kansas City basements, we understand that the materials that others use in basements does not last. We use special materials that are mold-resistant and are built to last in an in-ground invironment. This special material also allows us to remodel your basement in half of the time that it would take a general contractor. We are Kansas City's, Missouri's answer to basement finishing and remodeling.
